Est in 2012 as Cwtch Lettings a family business, and rebranded following the addition of a new partner, to The Cwtch Property Group in 2016 we are the perfect blend of experience and fresh new ideas. We specialise in residential lettings, property management and property investment across South East Wales. Our goal is to offer a modern and unique approach to property lettings by tailoring our approach to meet your individual needs. Our backgrounds are in the building trade and civil law so we have a depth of knowledge across the industry, coupled with a passion for what we do. At the core of our business are our partners David Barnes and David Laing who personally oversee your journey with us from start to finish, ensuring you have access to the advice and guidance you need when you need it.

We are based in Bassaleg an idyllic location on the outskirts of Newport, our clients are always welcome to join us to chat about their property needs over a coffee.
